Access to the Site

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority and capacity to enter into these Terms of Use and to abide by all of the terms and conditions of these Terms of Use. You further represent and warrant that your access and use of the Site, and your purchase and/or use of any products sold through this Site, shall not violate any applicable law or regulation. You agree to use this Site for your own personal use only. If you do not agree with any of these Terms of Use, you must stop accessing this Site.


Cancellations and Refunds

Our commitment is to provide high quality products to each and every customer. Fresh, unpasturized juice must be treated with great care and diligence. With our commitment to quality, our policy is that all cancellations, changes, or postponements must be received before 11:00 AM PST the day before your delivery or pick-up date.

Example: If you purchased your cleanse on a Monday, for a Thursday delivery, any changes or cancellations must be requested by Wednesday before 11:00 AM. Otherwise no refunds will be issued.

We will not offer a refund for cancellations made after this day and time. Refunds are not issued for a Sun and Soil Juice Cleanses that have been partially or fully consumed.

This is an unpasturized product, it must always be refrigerated and consumed by 2 days after the date on the lid. Once the juice has been picked up or delivered to your house, no refund can be issued. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Refunds are not given under any circumstances for any of the aforementioned reasons OR for refusing delivery.

1.) Pick-up

Cleanses are available on a first-come, first-serve basis in-store. If you would like to reserve a cleanse for pick-up, please visit our online shop. You must place your order 3 days in advance. 

2.) Delivery

If you would like your order delivered to you, please choose “Delivery” in checkout and provide a valid residential or commercial address. You must place your order 3 days in advance.

$25 minimum order to qualify for delivery. There is a delivery charge applied to each purchase depending on your location. Orders over $100 qualify for free delivery within a 20 mile radius. 

You must be home to receive the delivery. If a driver attempts to deliver at the agreed upon time and no one is home to receive. The cleanse will be returned to the store and no refund will be issued. This is a time and temperature sensitive product. The juices and supplementary products should be refrigerated as soon as you receive your delivery to ensure their freshness. Expiration dates are located at the top of each bottle, but are recommended to be consumed as soon as possible. Delivery Days: Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays (subject to change). 




  1. Specific health or dietary requirements or objectives cannot be guaranteed. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate specific dietary needs and may refer you to your GP. There is no substitute for a private consultation with a qualified nutritionist, naturopath or other health professional to discuss your individual requirements. 
  2. Sun and Soil Juice products may not be suitable for everyone and our juice should not be used by pregnant or breastfeeding women without medical supervision. If you have any concern, you are taking specific medication or have a medical condition please check with your doctor first.
  3. While the website and other information that we may send you provides general information on health and nutrition this does not in any way constitute medical advice and is not tailored to your specific requirements.
  4. Our juices are made in a kitchen that contains nuts. In ordering from us you acknowledge that we cannot be held responsible for any reaction that you may have to nuts or any other ingredient. If you do have a nut allergy you need to contact us in writing.
  5. If you have specific dietary requirements you may contact us to discuss these. We may be able to accommodate your requirements in whole or in part at our discretion on a case by case basis. However, we shall not be responsible in any way for failure to meet your requirements.
  6. We do not make any health claims about our products.
